Youth Mental Health First Aid Course

Youth Mental Health First Aid is a practical in-person course for school staff and other adults who support young people. Across two full days, participants learn how to recognise early signs of mental health problems, have supportive conversations, respond in crisis situations, and guide a young person towards appropriate help. This course is designed for adults working with young people who want to build confidence, strengthen early support, and respond more clearly when concerns arise.

Time: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm HKT (14 hours split into 2 days)
