About the Event

Taking time out to care for yourself is an important principle for all of us who care for children with special needs and disabilities. Join SNNHK for a yoga workshop run by the amazing team at YAMA Foundation who will focus on helping us find escape and relief from the day-to-day stresses and anxieties of being a caregiver. Take an evening out of your usual routine and enjoy this rewarding class.

We are grateful to IKIGAI for the use of the beautiful space in their IKIGAI x Art Piece Causeway Bay studio.

Proeceeds will go to YAMA Foundation (read more about YAMA here).
