Join us for an insightful and empowering seminar dedicated to understanding the legal rights and protections in Hong Kong for people who are neurodivergent, who have disabilities, special educational needs, invisible medical conditions and/or mental health conditions.


This is a collaborative event jointly arranged by Pro Bono HK, Special Needs Network Hong Kong and Talos Foundation, and our expert speakers include ⁠Ms Linda Cho, Barrister-at-Law, Pantheon Chambers and ⁠Mr Charles Chiu, Immediate Past Chairperson, Guardianship Board.
