Expressive Arts for Caregivers

Pause, Play, Reflect

Take a well-deserved break and join us for a relaxing, experiential wellbeing workshop designed for parents and caregivers. This is your “me-time” to explore creativity, play with the arts, and reconnect with yourself.

Through guided activities, we’ll reflect on the art of being an attentive caregiver and/or parent while nurturing your own well-being. No artistic experience needed—just bring an open heart and a willingness to unwind.
